OUR TRAINERS

Laura Birtolo:%uFFFD
Hi, my name is Laura Birtolo. I'm a psychologist and I'm a trainer expert in active learning methodologies named non formal education. I worked with young people between 15 and 18 years old and with adults on different topics: active citizenship and european citizenship, anti-discrimination, inclusion, multiculturality, sexual education, bullism, work, work related stress management, soft skills development, art therapy. I'm member of Pool of trainers of the Italian National Youth Forum.
In my trainings I pay attention on people "one by one" because each one is unique in his/her learning process also if it happen in a group setting.
My approach is to take out of the people their knowledges and competences to develop them together.

Alessandra Coppola: Hi, my name is Alessandra Coppola, I'm a project manager and trainer, working with non formal education under Erasmus+ .
