R.E.T.E 2: Reinforce Education Training and Empowerment

The project “R.E.T.E. 2: Reinforce, Education, Training and Empowerment” born from the experience of the RETE project and aims to improve the quality of the training activities promoted within the organization Giosef Italy and aims to strengthen the skills and abilities of its staff, aiming at a greater internationalization of the organization. The activities of the project, lasting two years, include the creation of nine training that will take place in several European countries such as Germany, Poland, Greece, Portugal, Netherlands, France, Bulgaria and Latvia. The possibility of sending staff abroad allowed our organization to trigger processes of international cooperation and to compare the methods of management with those of other organizations active in other European countries. In this way the project participants, mostly professionals, educators, project managers, psychologists and trainers of our organization, learned new methods and training tools, new skills in the context of national and international cooperation and formation of technical and tools for the development of local actions based on an inclusive approach and anti-discrimination.
